McKinney Construction, LLC, provides commercial property maintenance in the New England area. Our services include but are not limited to store remodels, office moves, cubical set ups, sheet rocking, painting, acoustical ceilings, ceramic and VCT tile, vinyl plank floor systems, welded seams, carpeting, epoxy flooring, masonry, cabinets, shelving, doors and hardware, laminate, granite and solid surface counter tops, FRP, Super Market shelving and all aspects of the commercial trades. In addition, we offer industrial services such as archival shelving systems, mezzanines, and custom steel fabrication, (Wildeck Certified Installer).

Owner, Larry McKinney, started his career in commercial maintenance fresh out of high school in 1988. He worked for two different companies remodeling Friendly’s Restaurants, Xtra Mart stores and conducting property maintenance at Edwards Food Stores (now Stop & Shop), Big Y & Shaw’s Supermarkets.

We have grown to 14 employees, all highly skilled in diverse commercial installations and are looking to grow our staff and expand our current client base. We do not advertise or have a big Web presence but have grown over the years based on referrals and long-time customers.
